Bostonís fire hydrants are color coded to indicate low or high pressure. This information is critical for fire fighters and others, especially in the event of an emergency. You should never paint a hydrant, as it is important that they are visible and identifiable.
If for any reason you believe your bill is wrong, you may file a dispute within 30 days of the billing date noted on the bill statement. Contact or write to a representative of the Customer Service Department and explain the amount you believe to be in error and the reason you believe there has been an error.
