BWSC strives to provide our residential customers with the highest quality water and sewer service. We want our customers to understand the value of these systems and how well-maintained systems protect the environment.
Buying or Selling Property
When purchasing property, water and sewer charges must be finalized with the seller to ensure that unnecessary charges are not passed onto the buyer.

If you have moved or need to change the name on your bill, a Change of Mailing Address form should be completed.
The form is available to fill out online, download and print, or picked up at BWSC’s offices. This form applies to condominium associations, apartment buildings, etc., which have authorized property agents to receive and pay the BWSC bills.
